Brief

I will create exactly 3 mins documentary video film. The film must have a narrative and it has to tell a story with beginning, middle and end.

Research

I researched to look for examples of documentary videos and the history of M&S. This link shows Marks & Spencer website shop also showing video links to interviews, Plan A, food, fashion etc. I like it because it has subtitles and I may create subtitles for my 3 mins documentary.

My idea

My ideas are Marks & Spencer (M&S), flood, the deep, earthqukes, animals and war. I chose M&S because I am working part time at M&S and I can do interview with M&S staff. Also I added history of M&S to find out how M&S has developed from the start to now.

Review

I enjoyed creating the three minutes documentary video because I used a video camera from Hull college and now I know how to do it. Also I created subtitles on Adobe Premiere Pro and it is very hard because I am a deaf person and it is difficult to listen what the staff say. and so the tutor has helped me with this.
