I have spent time looking at other peoples web sites, who are in the same field as Tony's proposed idea, this helped me to design the layout of the site as. For the usability side of things I will look at the following books and also view the online tutorials on www.lynda.com.
I spent time looking at other web sites such as ebay, paypal and a few other big trusted names to see how they worked there navigation. I took ideas from many different sites in the design of the site, again please see the design document for more information.
I used some PHP Code in this web site and I learnt most of this via www.lynda.com and from using the college forum.

I think this assignment went as planned and I made sure I kept on top of the work at all times. I worked with a client who really just let me get on with things most of the time.
I have certainly learnt a great deal during making the site and completing the design document in Adobe InDesign. I have learnt about basic php and the capability of this programming language, which I hope to learn further over the summer break.
I all I am extremely happy with the finished document and site and the only criticism I could think of is that I could have spent more time completing the design document and doing more user testing.
