Propasal
The Brief for this was to take 10 to 20 photographs that in a way would tell a story, there were plenty of choices we could use as we didnt have any real limits aslong as it told some sort of story. So for this brief i decided i would take pictures of a meal as i ate it focusing on the plate so you would see a full meal in the first picture and then at the end an empty plate.
Research
In terms of research i cant say i did huge amounts i decided quite early on i would either focus on a meal sequence of perhaps something around a car but never really thought how i could tell any sort of story with a car so i went for the meal option. I had a look on the internet for how anyone else if any had done it but never really put any use to my finds.
Planning(and putting into practice)
As for planning, once i decided on the meal option i tried taking a few photographs of meals at home but they really wasnt coming out well, i dont really eat on a table at home and the meals i have are not usually very well presented so i decided i would have a meal somewhere. I decided on Nando's as they do like to present there meals quite well with a little flag and other touches. I would have liked to have used tripod or some other way to make sure each of my pictures were taking at the exact distance and angle as each other and the lightning in places probably wasnt the best, i cant say i was able to use much of the photography id learnt here as the place was very busy and iit looked awkward enough trying to aim my camera up to the previous shot. I had a few blurred pictures but i was able to make up for it as i took about 20 in the end.
Once i uploaded all my photos to my computer i thought of making the whole scene into a small movie so i added all the clips into Premiere Pro and used some cuban music in the background which is quite similar to the music they use in the restraurant inkeeping with the theme.

Review
Regarding my review on this brief theres quite a few things i would have done to improve on it, overall im quite happy with what ive achieved the music really fits the whole Nando's theme and i think in a way it does tell a story however i do have a few issues. In an ideal situation i would have used a tripod as some of my photos are not exactly in line as i had to take them by hand roughly trying to judge where i took the last one, with some cropping in photoshop ive manged to get them about as close as possible but still it would run a lot smoother if i were able to use a tripod or some other device,
Another issue is its hard to try and eat the right amount to make the difference to the overall view of the plate i guess i could have practiced this a few times but choosing Nando's was quite a last minute idea and it was very expensive to keep coming back and trying everyday so my issue is some clips there may only be 1-2 fries moved slightly different and then in another transition half the plate can dissappear.
I could talk about lighting too but you dont choose where u sit in the place so i really just had to work with what i had but im still fairly pleased with the result.
