SELF INITIATED PROJECT - WEEK TWO
WEEKS COVERAGE
This week i started to think up other ideas i could develop for this project, so i would then be able to see which of those ideas would be most beneficial and interesting.

New Idea One
My first other idea for this project is to develop a full 3D model of a city in 3DS Max, in which i could later animate the objects that so needed to be. The city i plan to develop is of a Fantasy orientation and floats in the sky. Floating cities have been done previously by a few RPG Games(Tales of Symphonia) but none have been done to the utmost standard of this generations graphical capabilities.

The main reason i'm interested in doing this idea is down to the fact that i have recently learnt how to do 3D and would love to develop a major 3D project to push my new found skills to their potential and hopefully learn alot more along the way.

New Idea Two
My second idea is to recreate the Hull School of Art & Design in 3D and then place it into the Unreal Engine, so i could then create a walk-around environment for people that were wanting to come to the school itself, so they could see first hand or even possibly pre-render it all, then place it within Flash so that people could do it online.

Analysis
I like my previous idea for the Flash Game, where you interact with the enviroment the most but my two new ideas have me interested too as i have only recently learnt how to do 3D modelling and have thoroughly enjoyed it, so they would benefit me more as in skill development but not on the side of creativity, so i will have to decide between the three.
