BIOGRAPHY
Ann Marriott is a painter based in a village Nassington, near Peterborough. She works mainly in oils, producing a variety of works including abstract paintings and ceramics.
She studied at Kingston Upon Thames University obtaining a BA in Painting & Sculpture. Following on from this she completed a post graduate year at Sussex Universty and achieved an Art Teachers Certificate (ATC). She then taught for a year but her interest in animation lead her to pursue a career in Animation. As a freelancer she worked for many companies on commercials including Richard Williams Animation. More recently, she worked for Warner Bros as a Key Clean up and also diversified into character design and layouts as well as being a character animator.
Since 2002, Ann is working again as a fine Artist, developing her work in mixed media, painting and ceramics and is looking forward to exhibiting her work in the future.
