a lot of graphical elements are involved, lots of flash elements but with an overall CSS to keep the structure, done well with the information. Can't help but think the global navigation isn't quite relevant to the most viewed and wanted topics.

The structure of the opening page is perfectly fine, designed well and with not a lot wrong with it. The problems come when the user moves into a topic and is bombarded with information. it makes some sence but only after a while of thinking about what is where and what does what 3/5

Usability
Very easy to use, search for a topic or browse for a topic that the user is interested in, and then there's a person who's published a blog and some general introduction to the topic, really well thought out but could be displayed a lot better.
